This is my new hobby, one of many I admit, and the first new one for quite a while, and I am very excited about it!
Step one is to research to find out all about it, quite a treasure hunt itself, to find the best metal detectors, the best forum, other blogs, you tube videos, the law (boring but necessary) etc etc.
Anyway I will be passing on what I learn on my journey in this blog and already the name Garrett is coming up as perhaps the best, and of course there are models in everyone's price range, but don't you always want the best? My time limit is the next week as I want to have it to take on holidays and intend to try to find my very first treasure in the early mornings while my family sleep!
